Health kick

Over the past couple of years I've put on some weight and have out grown alot of my old clothes. It's gotten to the point now where I just can't take it anymore. I need to loose these pounds. I'm 5lbs away from 200lbs. That's frightening! I never want to be that or over! So I've been drinking nothing but water this past week and exercising. I've gone walking for about 2 miles and today I brought out The Wave that I got for Yule one year and worked out on that for half an hour. I'm sweating alot and can feel the burn in my legs so hope it'll work. My goal for this month is that by the end of it I want to be 5lbs lighter and weigh at 190lbs. My goal by Yule, the end of the year, is to be at 170lbs. Let's see if I can do it!
